Ubisoft has announced it will be releasing its first big content add-on for The Division 2 next week. The update, entitled Invasion: Battle for D.C., will largely focus on endgame content, including the new Tidal Basin stronghold and World Tier 5 difficulty and loot. The Tidal Basin will task players with tackling a complex military base, and once you've completed the stronghold, you'll have access to World Tier 5. The update will also give players the opportunity to repeat Invasions. All this info was revealed during the most recent The Division 2 State of the Game livestream, which you're free to check out for yourself if you have half-an-hour to spare.

New details regarding the upcoming patch for The Division 2 emerged today during Massive Entertainments State of the Game stream. While the devs detailed a fair amount of the smaller details coming tomorrow, the big reveal was that the Tidal Basin Stronghold and World Tier 5 are coming to The Division 2. When you loved this post and you wish to receive more details with regards to Buy TD2 Credits I implore you to visit the web-site. Along with this, there are three new gear sets getting introduced that will each deliver unique builds.

These locations will all require you to find a hidden safe house in the area, usually inside a building, underground or on a roof. Look for entrances around these areas and follow them. The missions themselves are pretty straightforward but again, I remain impressed with the work that went into them. The rewards are pretty good too, including a few damage to elite weapon mods that I'm sure players will find useful. I thought these missions would give me my last 5 SHD points, but I remain on the hunt for those. I hope you enjoy these missions as much as I did.

Depending on how lucky you are, the Ongoing Directive and True Patriot gear sets are the easiest to find. Pieces from both sets can randomly drop from Black Tusk elite and named boss enemies in World Tier 5. As long as you're fighting Black Tusk, gear set pieces can drop in virtually any activity. To get Exotic Components, you'll have to find Exotic Weapons which aren't in your use anymore and deconstruct these weapons. You can replay missions repeatedly to get Exotic Weapons that you can later deconstruct to retrieve Exotic Components.

These mods are little gizmos that players can attach to their drones, turrets, or other special gadgets. The problem has been that, since launch, the requirements to use mods were way too high for the perks offered. A mods ability would only be available if your character had a high enough Skill score, which was based on equipping backpacks, kneepads, and other gear. The mods never seemed worth it, and so The Division 2's developers redid the math. At first glance, the mods I have now have lower Skill score requirements and seem more useful. This neat easter egg may spark theories of The Division 2 and Spider-Man existing in the same universe, but its clearly just a fun nod to Insomniacs Spider-Man game by Massive.
